Initial sync begins immediately after authorization and typically completes in 1-5 minutes for 500-1000 files. Delta sync runs automatically every 5 minutes to keep your search index up-to-date with new and modified files. Maximum file size: 100MB. Token validity: 90 days (you'll receive a reminder to reconnect).
